Peter Seymour
A professional with years of expertise in dispute resolution
After working in a medical appliances distribution business for some years both in the UK and USA, Peter re-trained as a lawyer.
With a number of years' experience at international law firm Ince & Co Peter decided to move in-house and took up a post at shipping solutions company Navig8 (Owner, Charterer, Pool Operator, Bunker Trader, Technical Manager etc).
Peter's core role at Navig8 involves oversight of the group's arbitration, litigation, claims handling and dispute resolution. With a general mandate for risk mitigation and management across the board, Peter enjoys a wide-ranging experience which extends to ad hoc business development / restructuring and management projects.
In total Peter has around 20 years' experience as a lawyer, is a CEDR accredited mediator and is a supporting member of the LMAA. Peter is available for appointments as a mediator or arbitrator.
